As a fitness professional, if the option is to sacrifice an hour or 2 of a sleep to make sure you get that workout in OR shift your workout to another day? No brainer! Shift your workout.
Getting enough sleep is more important.

I donโ€™t share transformation pictures. I donโ€™t ask clients for transformation pictures. I stopped complimenting people on their weight loss years ago. Why? Weight loss is not always synonymous with health or health promoting behaviors.
