@teesbirds.bsky.social 8 Spoonbills on Back Saltholme early this morning. They were still there about 6 hours later, but sleeping!

@teesbirds.bsky.social 6 Spoonbill showed well on Saltholme West for a while early this morning, before flying off to Back Saltholme.

@teesbirds.bsky.social Delighted to see 41 LT fledglings on the beach at Seaton this afternoon. Most were very proficient at flight too. My joy at this was tempered when I returned to the promenade & with a minute the Kestrel swooped in, took an adult LT & sat in the breeding area eating it 😟
