The thing I’m ruminating on lately is the frightening reality that decent people are getting fired or are voluntarily leaving the government and ICE so those staying or being hired are unquestioning, low IQ humans actively being trained to take fiscal, legislative and violent action based on hate.

Yeah, I have a horror comedy. I’m thinking maybe now is the time. They’re hard to nail in tone. Best IMHO: Shaun of the Dead, Werewolves Within, This is the End, Cabin in the Woods, What We Do in the Shadows. Ton of comedies being announced and horror is doing well, so…

Right now, it feels like there are only two artistic options for writers and filmmakers that makes sense: comedy to remind you to laugh and horror to remind you to be afraid.
