Has a certain smell ever bounced into your brain? I'm sitting here at home, I smelled Pier One! It brings back memories of going to Pier One as a little girl in 1960's Houston. I was in retail awe!

Oh my, it always happened. Pretty soon afterwards, Daddy would pull the car over at Mama's request. I was relegated to the passenger seat and the map - even at 7 years old! Mama sat in the backseat and just chuckled as we zoomed down the road...

That looks amazing! As an ice cream aficionado, you need to know that my late mama lived to be one month shy of 101. When she was interviewed about the key to her longevity, she replied: "ICE CREAM". She often ate it for breakfast!! 🥰
