I’m very short lol, so I aim for 1500 calories maximum (I usually average 1300-1400) with 80-100 grams of protein a day! I also drink about 3ish liters of water daily and generally try to eat as clean and nutritiously as I can, which has been pretty easy with the high protein goal tbh
