I am saying this with as much humor as can possibly exist within this kind of post. For concerned parties, I managed not only a full 24 oz of water today, but a bowl of cereal as well. And I brushed my teeth this morning 🎉🎉🎉

🫠 I guess I've finally hit the muscle to fat ratio where anorexia makes me lose weight rather than gain it 🎉 who knew all I needed to drop below 160lbs was to have a week long crash out, be so scent sensitive water makes me gag, and stop brushing my teeth!

For reference, I injured my ring fingers this weekend, the last phalange won't come in to full flexion, I worked to lengthen the associated flexor muscle and watched as my finger slowly curled more and more. It was good fun.

It's absolutely buck wild knowing the massage technique to fix a thing, and going hard on yourself to fix the thing, and watching it get results in real time.

That feeling of "I fucking aced that interview" only to be hit with "we decided to move forward with another candidate."

Feels bad.
