One of my most used creative tools. I like the Melda one especially because the wet/dry mix makes neat phase effects. Just be careful crossing 0 Hz while signal is going through cause it can make super loud pops

ah, the bluesky hiccup kinda obscures the woodpecker 😑 I like this platform but the video implementation definitely leaves something to be desired

Another clip from that upcoming #Hauntii video: making odd, ghostly bird sounds with frequency shifting. The woodpecker at the end was such a happy accident

I'd love to someday see an integrated tool to add captions on the platform itself. It's kind of a hassle to create them somewhere else, so a lot of people will just skip it (even alt text gets skipped a lot). But SURELY we can at least get accurately timed captions without manually delaying them?

Interesting thing I learned while posting this—Bluesky's closed captions are pretty messed up! Couldn't get them to sync up after several tries, until I found a bug report from 15 months ago on GitHub, where someone explains you have to *delay* all captions by 1.45 sec
