Daines and Sheehy refused to negotiate, even though they needed 7 Democratic votes. Zinke and Downing weren't even in DC to participate. Protesters arrested for blocking Border Patrol vehicle in Whitefish Whitefish Police officers arrested three activists protesting outside the Whitefish Border Patrol Station just after 8 a.m. on Tuesday.

3 protestors in Whitefish Montana linked arms to slow the kidnapping of a mother and her 17 year old daughter by the local Border Patrol. The protestors were arrested by city police and the latest update I can find says the detained pair have been moved from Border Patrol & are now in ICE Custody.

One bright spot for trans people in Montana: Today's SCOTUS decision does not touch Montana. That's because Montana overturned its gender affirming care ban through the state Supreme Court. States are allowed to have protections that go beyond the US constitution, and thus that ruling is unaffected.

I truly believe part of the reason this is happening in LA right now is because they want to scare us into not protesting for no Kings day. DT is actually worried he’s gonna lose the news cycle so he wants to make sure everyone is too scared.
