In the week before the crash Donald Trump and Elon Musk fired the director of the FAA, stopped the hiring of any new personnel, disbanded the ASAC, and pushed multiple employees to resign. The crash, that killed 67 people, has already been determined to be partly the result of air traffic control being short-staffed at the time of the disaster -TitaniumTeddyBear
