The Lublin Triangle 🇱🇹🇵🇱🇺🇦 firmly condemns the recent deliberate intrusion of Russian drones into Polish territory, threatening regional security. We call for stronger air defense cooperation, increased support for Ukraine, and heightened vigilance against Russian disinformation.

"No-one is safe here, in the region, in Europe and within the alliance, because those incidents are very close to the situations when everything is going to escalate," Lithuania's Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys for Reuters on Russian drones crossing into Poland's territory.

"The front line is moving closer to us. Ukraine's trenches are our line of defence. This war must end with Russia's defeat; otherwise, it will only morph into the next episode, one we can no longer afford to grow tired of" – Inga Stanytė-Toločkienė, Lithuania's ambassador to Ukraine.

32 years ago today, the last Soviet troops left Lithuania, ending decades of occupation. With this final milestone, Lithuania restored complete control of independence, taken from us in 1940. Today, we mark the Day of Freedom. 🇱🇹
