Some full circles feel incomplete. In 2024, the @wshcommanders.bsky.social season ended with a loss to the @philadelphiaeagles.bsky.social in the NFCCG. In 2025, the @wshcommanders.bsky.social got their revenge in the season finale, knocking the Eagles down the seedings.
No fireworks for this win.
Here's the thing. You can't actually ask players to play to fire themselves or their teammates. Players are going to try. I feel good for them. I like knocking the Eagles a peg (which is what Quinn promised to do after Siriani tried for that two)... I'd rather have chosen 5 than 7, but oh well...

The final score was pretty much what most expected, but given all the second chances and phantom penalty calls, I hope the Eagles got the refs a really good Christmas present.
