Q: If we were rejected for Volume 1, can we try applying again with a new portfolio?

A: Please do! It's been a while since the last round of applications, and we encourage rejected applicants from last time to try again.

Q: hello mods! i participated in the previous zine and really enjoyed it! i’m super interested in vol.2 and was wondering if it would be possible for me to apply again?

A: Absolutely! Previous applicants are more than welcome to apply for the second volume- we'd love to see y'all back!

Q: can people apply if they have no previous zine experience but are open to doing one/learning whatever is needed?

A: Absolutely! Our team never judges a contributor application based on previous zine experience, and we encourage first-time zine participants to apply!

Q: can people under 18 join if they turn 18 before the payments are sent out? can people still apply if they don't have any artworks of food (yet) but know they can draw it?

Our contributor applications are now open until August 9th! We are looking for page artists, merch artists, writers, and even cosplayers, nui photographers, etc.! Remember to read our guidelines when you fill in the form, and good luck!

Q: Would interpretation of Novel Yuu (Yuuya hiroki) be ok for art? If not then would he only be limited to writing or not be featured at all?

Q: Are traditional artists allowed to aid in this project

A: Yes! We love traditional artists and would love to have them on our project!

The only thing to keep in mind with traditionally drawn art is that your piece will need to be digitally scanned at 300dpi resolution for clear printing!
