Completely agree. My second post comments more on the business aspect of any potential deal.

I’m just saying they have teams of people, way smarter than me, but on the outside- saving a local institution and the good will/future legacy are darn good add’l reasons to give it a look

As you said, galactic’s situation in NOLA is nearly identical to this. Phish and BVT are forever intertwined and Nectar’s would be their legacy, long after the band dissolves.

Really hoping they are taking a close look at the logistics for this and create Picture of Nectar, LLC

I wonder what the PH Team’s primary concern is. It certainly isn’t $$$

If structured right, a deal to buy/save Nectar’s (and face lift) would be nearly net zero outlay, after tax breaks. The “hard” part is staffing & ongoing labor but they can outsource this to local, very capable hands in BVT
