After all the news of the week, I am still in strong belief that enough people will, and are seeing the “light” and know democracy is on the brink.

I further hope they take action, call their reps and let them know how concerned they are. That’s what will change everything.

Cancelling HIV, Polio and Malaria interventions around the world - what Trump world thinks is MAGA. Did they forget what a small virus starting in China didn’t stay in China. Have they forgotten what ignoring public health cost…1.2 million American lives?

Republicans say pro-life, they mean pro-fetus. Because as soon as that fetus takes its first breath and becomes a child, the hell with them. Rep. don’t want to feed, educate or provide healthcare for that fetus - turned child. Very Christian. It’s your actions not your words that is Christian.

So I agree Trump is the pathetic puppet we all thought.

The fact so many in congress support him is mind numbing. This week they pass a bill to steal from the poor and give to the rich, deny a measles death is not a big deal, and that’s just a few. Pathetic.

What’s the most recents so-called Christian’s excuse for the hatred spilled by Trump. Isn’t hate the antithesis of Christ’s teachings? Guess most MAGA ignore Jesus in favor of Trump.

In a discussion with a MAGA and point out facts, they call me woke, stupid, it’s fake news, etc…..all the intellectual equivalent of “nuh uh”!

Why do people support Trump?
-It’s easier to hate than love
-It’s easier to ridicule than try to understand
-It’s easier to dismiss a problem rather than fix it
-It’s easier to ignore the past than learn from it
-Trump says you can call yourself a Christian- yet not be one hiding hate. Not prices.

This past election supports the notion that we don’t need proof of citizenship, we need proof of intelligence

As a resident of Louisiana I morn deeply the lives lost New Year in the horrific terrorist attack. We want people to come an enjoy this unique culture.
