Although he said it was a 10 question survey he he provided no actual proof of that. A land survey is where surveyors go into the field with GPS equipment to physically map dimensions, contours & boundaries of land, & create drawings with detail notations using autoCAD. It’s an expensive process.

YouGov is an open an online survey company that pays people to take surveys (you earn points and eventually cash the points in for gift cards or cash). It’s self selecting. Having been the platform for years it has been clear it skews heavily conservative.
