I'm going to give Starfleet Academy a chance.

The show I was hoping for was a Starfleet Medical show (ER or The Pitt in space). Maybe someday that will happen.

Following a crew of untested cadets + rebuilding Starfleet is a solid premise and I'd like to see how it plays.

I turned on audio and I just heard a drawn out fart sound.

Ten years ago, I attended a VR film festival.

The most striking movies were the VR documentaries on Syria and the 2005 London tube attacks.

The "you are there" quality also worked for event videos but didn't work for narrative projects.

I still think about it sometimes.

I saw the announcement for that. I have an early memory of Breakin' 2 but I never saw WildStyle.
I love my Arrow editions of Ms. 45 and In the Mouth of Madness so I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Last night's movie was SLC Punk from the Sony Pictures Classics set.

I can understand why Lillard's performance as the fourth wall breaking Stevo is considered a career highlight.

I believed it.

SLC Punk does in 98 minutes what alot of movies can't do in three hours. Solid film.

I can't even with this casting and I don't even know what the show is. If Wallace Shawn and Alan Cumming spend an entire episode talking about life and art over dinner, I'd watch it.
