omg!!!! i hate her fr like i think in 2026 im gonna be so at like peace and positive cause the one person i hate the most in my personal life is gonna be GONE

its so funny also that she thinks other teachers with over a decade of experience cannot possibly teach our "super difficult" material that "even she can't do" .... the material in question? grade 4 fiction.

anyway i think i have "no business experience" but hers must be in the negatives or something for her to run a business to the ground in 4 months because she cant replace two teachers

in sept she kept yellin at me that i had "no business experience" so i dont know the reality of hiring new teachers or w/e but i saw how many CVs we received etc and tons of good teachers demoed... and she failed to give any good offers, and she also was super prejudiced regarding where they're from

if you think about it, she was informed in september TWO employees (the only two employees) were leaving and all shes had to do is hire two new teachers and take over admin/management (she didnt do it, my friend did) and shes been unable to fulfill 2/3rds of that in 4 months

i dont see how she can be so incapable of doing anything for the sake of her own company like it has to be learned helplessness like she thinks by the end of dec like people will take pity and stay to fix her shit omg she is in for a rough january but i hope it's even rougher

sorry to complain about this crazy incompetent woman all the time but like the fact there are three weeks of december left and she has nothing sorted, cant give us our holidays, hasnt confirmed a second teacher etc like

my boss thinking she can cancel my leave next monday bc she scheduled badly as usual girl in ur dreams im not coming in im not in hk

i was sick of all our personal narrative texts in this current company's material (not made by us) being about overcoming obstacles but like so uninteresting like it's always dealing with lots of homework or bad grades like they are not that interesting to talk about omg

my workmate and i are both from hk living in europe (or in my case mixed too) so a lot of texts we know and resonate with touch on those topics but i want to have more variety and i'd also love to discover new things too :0

everyone im currently developing material for our own tutoring in dec and i'm looking for personal narrative, memoir, etc passages that u felt were maybe meaningful to u regarding topics like culture, identity, mental health etc... if u have recommendations do share!
