Can't remember many time travel shows in the 80's going into the future. Not the ones I watched anyway. Even Doctor Who in the 80's, when episodes were based in Earth were mainly in the past. Quantum Leap. A character who could time travel within his own lifetime, he never leaped to the future.

With Streaming channels, like Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ etc, cancelling shows at will, mostly after 1 or 2 seasons, I wonder if Babylon 5 was made today, would it get all 5 seasons? I know originally it nearly got cancelled after 4. Season 5 was a last minute decision.
