Bit of a vent piece coming. First time I've really tried to paint what I'm feeling. I apologize for it being far from what I would normally post, especially after this drought, but I've been in such a terrible place mentally for quite a while now and I didn't know what else to do.

4/? I've still got a lot of things I'm working on when I can find the scraps of energy and creativity. It's tough, and I've been pretty distracted recently, and my Adderall is being overwhelmed by my depression so even when I do take it, all I can focus on is being sad and that drains me.

3/? but when I'm at work, I can only kinda sketch, but I don't always have much time between calls. And I can't do digital art at work much because the execs said people used their phones and personal electronics too much (despite it being downtime cuz no calls are coming in).

2/? This job I have has been good, in hindsight. It's very challenging every day in ways that I don't care for and that leaves me absolutely drained in the evenings. Pair that with regular burnout and other mental health issues and you've got a real long road to recovery. I want to draw every day,
