Maybe "first come" is a poor word choice given the topic.

It occurred to me that Lane is like a sports version of DJT: a horrible person that media outlets love. People align themselves with him, knowing it will end horribly, with the hopes they’ll accomplish their own agenda before it does go bad.

Why? Because even though these folks know many relationship will end horribly, they hope they can ride his notoriety long enough to build their own brand and accomplish what they set out to do before it goes bad. Of course, Lane has never actually won anything, unlike the other guy. But still…

I had a thought last night: Lane Kiffin is the sports version of Donald Trump. The media love to cover him, even though by all indications he’s an awful human being. And despite that, he still has people (assistants, ADs, etc.) who are willing to align themselves with him.

Lol generic turkeys… I’m surprised this wasn’t followed by “what does one turkey cost anyway, Michael? $1 million?“

I hope the generals and subordinates who carried out the orders are finding good representations. Because they’re about to be designated as the fall guys on this. Whether out of fear, obedience, or enthusiasm, the result is always the same in the end. Shame these folks didn’t realize it.

I’m still trying to grasp the fact that in six days Bryce Young goes from “Should he be allowed to live by himself?” to “He just outplayed the league MVP.”

This is a long, convoluted way for him to say he’s going to try and prosecute Hunter Biden since his other boogeymen have gotten their cases thrown out
