Judge Immergut issues a second Temporary Restraining Order prohibiting the relocation, federalization, or deployment of ANY NATIONAL GUARD FROM ANY STATE into the state of Oregon.

Illinois law authorizes @govpritzker.illinois.gov to reactivate the Illinois State Guard. Normally they’re just a kind of extra reserve, but state defense forces are outside the National Guard system, they can’t be federalized.

He should do so. As he accurately put it, his state is being invaded.

Judge Immergut adds another TRO/extends her original TRO against the Federal Government deploying National Guard personnel to the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.
Order applies to troops from other states as well because her initial concern was conditions in Portland do not fit legal requirement.

Immergut states for the record that she is basing new TRO on all of the reasons that were in my prior opinion granting first motion and the same reasons and apply...The deployment of the federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, she says.

Immergut: What I'll do is not modify my original TRO but issue a new TRO that prohibits the relocation or deployment of any federalized national guard to the state of Oregon....

Immergut: The question is the scope. I see the defendants' conduct as being in direct contravention of the court's order issued yesterday....I am troubled by the defendant's conduct, but have some concern about the breadth of the alternative relief requested during tonight's hearing

​I call on Governor Abbott to immediately withdraw any support for this decision and refuse to coordinate. There is no reason a President should send military troops into a sovereign state without their knowledge, consent, or cooperation.

Abbott egged on the Jade Helm conspiracists, who claimed that a military training operation was actually Obama invading the state of Texas.

Now a U.S. president is deploying Texas troops to other states to dominate and intimidate those states, and Abbott is complicit.

Trump is now calling up National Guard troops from states to send them into other states.

He’s trying to send California troops into Oregon & Texas troops into Illinois.

This is illegal & threatens to tear apart our country even further.

He is trying to provoke a civil war.

Pretty clear Stephen Miller, Noem, Hegseth and Trump are trying to provoke a Civil War at this point. What's interesting is they want to do it now, because even though they're unpopular, they seem to believe this is the most popular they'll be ever again. We can't let them win.

Trump is ignoring a judge's ruling, ignoring the sovereign right of governors to deploy their National Guard, ignoring the truth, lying about violence to justify his invasions.

Last week Harmeet Dhillon of the DOJ condemned Goodstein's ruling.

Yesterday Stephen Miller called "left wing judges & lawyers" as "terrorists requiring force."

Today Judge Goodstein's home is on fire, investigated for arson.

This is heavy.

They blew up her house. The odd that this is an accident are very small.
