Though now isn't the time to be thinking about that. Izuku shakes himself out of his thoughts and continues swimming to a spot he only he knows about. Excited for a day of exploring.

Who better to learn from then the one who has been doing it for hundreds of cereomonies. Present mic is a master of his craft.

Which is why he has singing practice with present mic (a nickname he earned somewhere along his music profession). The practice is to learn the songs and as everyone says, practice makes perfect.

Unfortunately, his mother volunteered him for a more active role in the ceremony. Probably because she has caught onto his tactics.

After his 3rd one, Izuku didn't really see why he needed to attend them. So from there on he was there for the beginning and snuck off somewhere towards the end.

The next ceremony will be Izuku's 6th one. And there hasn't been a blessed mer since all might, which has been decades. Let alone a blessed omega.

A blessing- magical gift- is said to powerful and uniquely tailored to the blessed mer.

The ceremony is held to celebrate and honor the moon goddess. Mers from all over come to attend in hopes that they will be the one to be blessed by the moon goddess.

As for the lunar ceremony, it is not something that Izuku was exactly thrilled about. It’s a ceremony held for every blue moon.

You see, he did have singing lessons with all might, just not today that is. Izuku's lessons are tomorrow,

"Will do, see you later Mr. Aizawa!” Izuku waved and started his journey once again.

"Of course sir.”

"Good. Now go before you're later than you are. Tell Hizashi I said hello.” aizawa dismissed with a simple nod as he started to swim pass him.

At the mention of the lunar ritual Izuku‘s ear fin gave a slight twitch, outside of that, there was no other indication of something being amiss.

"You really need to start working on your timelines midoryia. Especially with the Lunar ceremony coming up within the next year.”

Aizawa gives him a long look before sighing with a roll of his eyes. With a more relaxed posture Aizawa starts to scold him.

"Because of that I was just rushing to get over there before he worries about where I am." he finished explaining.
