Yep, entirely against TOS to do random raffles, you have to screen the person. But, I cannot blame everyone cause it's not in the most accessible area to find the rules (most rules are posted in discord only or a screencap from a 2 year old twitter post).

Its so crazy too like. Random raffles are literally against TOS (and i do recommend reporting these people to vgen LOL) but like.. the consequences are beyond just their own account cause now these scammers are everywhere ;-;

I genuinely believe that vgen needs to make all current artist codes invalid for awhile until a better system can be implemented. Vgen's reputation is taking a hard hit because people have invited scammers left and right who then give their codes to more scammers...
