You missed the of the time multiplayer though. That was something I played quite often that year at launch, was around the end of my sophomore year of high-school too.

Friends, why do you crave the Harry Potter in the Fort Night when you could just play Darkened Skye for Gamecube. Consider:
- Also third person
- Also features magic
- Also has weird brand synergy
- Not propping up the world's most notorious transphobe
- You get to use a Gamecube controller (rad)
Cartoonish drawings of Link and Zelda each holding a Triforce above their heads
I love them so much <3
Currently re-cleaning up the art from the 1986 Million Publishing guide archive.org/details/guid... now that I made 2400dpi scans.
It has some of the cutest enemy art for the series.
Hmm, my Hucard copy of PC Genjin 2 (Bonk's Revenge) is suddenly not working even with cleaning. Just garbage tiles on screen...that's concerning. Has anyone had any failures with PC Engine Hucards before?

Top-notch 16-bit After Colony tournament fighter action!
Here it is! This has been in the works for 5ish years (we recorded 10 episodes back in 2020 that were never edited and released) and itβs great finally see it all happen. Look for bi-weekly episodes!
02.11.2025 17:19 β π 67 π 11 π¬ 3 π 0I never really had an opinion about FN until now and thats because I really only ever played it with 1 or 2 friends. But if this is true Iβm fine with never playing it again and uninstalling it from my Switch because screw supporting JK Rowling and screw the push this tainted franchise is getting.
02.11.2025 14:54 β π 1249 π 435 π¬ 9 π 0In the Super Mario Galaxy games, all areas have parallel versions loaded based on the current mission or state of the plot, called "scenarios". Starship Mario in Super Mario Galaxy 2 has a special scenario for the cutscenes playing after getting a Grand Star, so instead of taking place in the regular version of the area, they can be thought as taking place in a dedicated "cutscene dimension". Here, a group of objects is loaded that each contains the script for one of the cutscenes. The objects are invisible in-game, but create an L shape when viewed in a model editor. Note that while we do not know how the programmers saw the objects in their own editor while making the game, the coordinates of the objects make an L shape, so it would have been a floating L regardless of how the individual objects looked. In Super Mario Galaxy 2, the cutscenes on Starship Mario are controlled by a giant floating L in a special cutscene dimension.

The ROM for the unreleased Famicom RPG Splatter World has been released (in a thread on 4chan, of all places). I've tried it myself, and it does seem to be genuine. If it's a fake, it's a damn good one.
Expect (more) coverage on West Mansion soon.

From the pages of the Anime Con '91 Reference Guide, one of the things in our collection I treasure the most: the latest in home video from US Renditions.
Literal translations - you'll see translation vs localization often debated throughout the 90s.
Still best to avoid as QUbyte is another shell company for Piko.

It's an anthology of video game history outside the usual US perspective - an accessible & exciting panorama of different realities - and I'll pay 300 USD per article.
Please share :)
That is not the takeaway here.
