Wishing death on someone is NOT protected by the 1st amendment. While you may not be in legal trouble for what you said to that person with cancer, people still have the right to not affiliate themselves with you.

If you care what a stranger calls you, that should say more about you than them. People have called me racist, a Nazi, a pedo enabler, etc, but I do my best not to insult them back, and back up what I say with facts, logic, and decency. You keep choosing to respond to me.
