This is exactly right. Carney endorsing the US strikes after his Davos speech six weeks ago is the best example I can come up with.

I think mainly Iran, because it would be very weird if other countries were to have a primary school on an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps base.

But lots of countries do, in fact, have schools on their own military bases.

Hundreds of years from now historians are gonna refer to this as the Hundred Years’ War

People keep suggesting this war is about hiding what's in the files rather than being entirely in character with and indicative of the callous disregard for life and wellbeing of the vulnerable you can expect to find in the files.
