Planes crash in Alaska more than you think, the DC collision was a freak accident that was going to eventually happen. The FAA and Pete did nothing about all the near misses that America had in the early 2020s. The Philly accident was also a freak accident.

Incorrect. So many general aviation crashes happened. Key Lime airlines had a collision over Denver, Tansair 810 ditched in the ocean near Hawaii, the one guy who tried to crash an Alaskan airlines plane high on shrooms, the Alaska airlines door plug incident. And that’s only I America.
