I do 3d anthro art, but not commissions, and you didn't ask about 3d. However, off of the top of my head, artists I like and have commissioned who do anthro, and who I think have comms open are:

I have given up asking any questions like that on social media. It was far worse on Twitter, but it's still bad here. It might be worth trying the option that limits replies to people who follow you? I think it doesn't allow people to just sub and be able to reply right away, but I'm not sure.

The same principle as with obtrusive watermarks or sticking extra signatures everywhere. I won't be harsh on anyone's decision to do that. There are reasons why people feel that that's something they need to do. It's just sad that it can often wreck the art.

I totally respect the choice of some artists (or art reposters) to post things that have passed through nightshade or similar software to avoid AI scraping. I get it, and am not criticizing that decision.
It sucks that it makes the art look like crap most of the time, though. I wish it wasn't needed

This comic is cute and funny. But it's also an example of something I try to do when I can: Having things happening in multiple places, so characters aren't just standing/sitting around talking with no other interest. That adds a lot to a comic.

Luna is at the salon, resting in a leaned back chair, her mane in a faucet being worked on by the stylist as Luna reads the paper. She casually mentions to the stylist that after she has dyed the nebula to trim the barbed galaxies in her mane down to spirals.

Taking care of an ethereal mane must require some crazy shampoo.

Twilight, now a princess, makes the observation that they control the moon, the sun and love, what does she even do? Celestia comforts her by saying she is the princess of something, but does not expect Twilight to respond so quickly with "Of what?" Celestia stammers, looking about as she tries to come up with something and eventually settles on Books, all of the elder alicorns smiling sheepishly. Twilight mulls it over and then gets ecstatic, saying to herself that she can not believe it, that this is so amazing, the purple pony just rambling as the other princesses look on relieved.

I had a similar experience when, on a lark and out of other options, asked ChatGPT about a problem I was having. It led me on a time wasting wild goose chase, in which it eventually wrote python for me muddling the APIs of blender and several other completely different applications. Very impressive.

Yes. I am strongly disinclined to judge others by their fantasies. I may not be perfect in that, and some extreme things may still wig me out (or make me concerned), but I do my very best to remember that fantasy is fantasy, and a place to explore things *whether or not they are okay in reality*.
