LOL yeah i personally don’t like anything but fruity flavoring when it comes to water, i keep it natural 🙏

it seems like replacement bc it… kind of is? LOL the water isn’t being replaced or removed but the flavoring is strong enough that your brain perceives it as something more fun to drink, which makes it easier to stay hydrated :] health is about what you can add, not subtract 😁

i thought this too until i learned that flavoring and whatnot has little to no negative impact; it’s still 99% water that they’re drinking, and dehydration isn’t about a lack of water as it is a lack of nutrient and electrolytes. sugar isn’t bad either, go look at a PET scan! ur brain needs it ;P
