yes! i use multiply or linear burn to layer line art layers on top of each other to make the lines darker/bolder, and that’s what leads to some variation in line colors, i also sometimes change the color of line art layers which also adds to color variation :)

thank you! i actually draw my line art traditionally with pencil and paper, then i import them to color digitally, and that’s why the lines are a bit textured :)
