Bande dessinée d'Allan Barte Un conseiller propose de récupérer de l'argent en luttant contre la fraude fiscale ou en réduisant les aides aux entreprises. Le président Macron, calme au début, rejette ces idées puis explose de colère quand il entend parler de fraude sociale. Il hurle qu'il faut contrôler et sanctionner les pauvres et les malades. Transformé en Hulk, il détruit son bureau de rage. Malgré son conseiller qui lui fait remarquer que la fraude sociale est avant tout le fait des entreprises et des indépendants, il part en hurlant en cassant le mur, déterminé à s'en prendre aux chômeurs.
