It's been 9 weeks with 0 alcohol 😁

I went from drinking almost every day to an excess, then shortened to every weekend or so.

Then, whenever I would "feel like it", about 2-3 times a month still until eventually I just didn't want it anymore!

Its been the easiest decision I've ever made.
