After five years of service, and 2-3 years of basically daily use, my original Index finally let go. I had gotten it back in 2021 to replace my Cosmos Elite, when it was almost impossible to get VR gear.

I have another headset on the way so I’m not too beat up over it, but damn. Fly high. 🫡

A few doorsteps have jack-o-lanterns, one having a lantern further-right. This far-background is bathed mostly in darkness. There is a small easter-egg hidden within the background. It is bathed in the darkness of the forest, waiting for you. Watching you. Watching you with its loathsome, ancient eyes.
