• Learn & Grow: Our very own skaters and members will teach the basics of roller derby and what it means to be an athlete.
• Get Active: Learn a plyometric workout that make you feel energized and strong. Troops will also participate in activities, including “shoe derby!”

The Minnesota All-Stars are heading into weekend full of high-level roller derby!

The 2025 Midwest Extravaganza tournament, hosted by Arch Rival Roller derby, features MNRD, Detroit Roller Derby and the Windy City Rollers.
With games happening Sept. 19th - 21st in St. Louis, MO

This is a fully sanctioned tournament between 10 teams across 4 leagues, including MNRD, Arch Rival Roller Derby, Detroit Roller derby and the @windycityrollers.bsky.social!

Our Windchill skaters emerged victorious from last night’s bout against Harbor City.
It was a well fought match between the two teams, ending in favor of MNRD: 189 to 137!
