#wipwednesday not sure if i shared this one already but spoilers are everywhere in this one!

It’s hard to believe that there was a point in Namjoon’s life that he barely knew anything about Taehyung. If you had asked him about the idol a mere month ago he would have nothing to tell you. Hell, he’s hardly sure he even knew what the guy's real name was before now. To Namjoon he was just V. Some hot idol at one of the big labels that everyone seems to love. Those were simpler times. Because now he knows that Taehyung likes to be called TaeTae. That he has a special affinity for jazz and r&b music. That he doesn’t like wearing scent blockers and doesn’t seem to notice or care that he fills the room with a salted caramel scent. That the same scent spikes in happiness whenever whenever Namjoon– No. Namjoon is not going to think about him right now. He reminds himself that he’s there to do a job. All he needs to do is write a few songs, give them to Taehyung for his album, and then they can go back to being labelmates whose only interaction is a brief greeting in the hall. Nice. Easy. Simple.
