I'm completely unsuccessful at everything I do now, most people don't speak to me and I stream to like 2-3 viewers max but yknow what? I'm happier just being me and enjoying my ACTUAL interests, and that's gotta count for something I guess.

It was tiring but I feel like it was so pushed on me that I just liked it less and less, only thing anybody ever wanted to see me do online, main thing friends would talk to me about, practically the only thing coworkers spoke to me about. I got flanderized on WWE of all things lmao

It's pretty crazy how i just now saw that WWE 2K26 releases in a few days and I just don't care and didn't even know till then.

It kinda hurts that the only thing I ever was really known for and most people only cared about me for having an interest in completely died, but such is life.

My personal philosophy is to let my actions and vibes speak for themselves. If you can't get a sense of who I am and what I value from that, then me barking about it would be empty.

But I'll say here for posterity: I despise and reject my country's government and everything right wing. Fuck 'em.

Finally get a Switch 2 by 2027, got it.

Genuinely just blew myself away getting 100% on every solo section in Devil's Island, but fucking up really easy parts. Still this is a huge accomplishment for me, holy schmoly.

I've been wanting to say "thank you" to the devs ever since.

I have a ton of fun with fighting games right up 'til I hit the upper ranks, where it feels less like I'm writing an essay and more like I'm taking a math test. I don't want there to be an optimal answer, and when buttons and characters become functions and not "yo, that looks sick", you've lost me.

I do love building skills -- but there's a difference between that and optimization that's hard for me to pinpoint.
Getting better at a roguelike? I find that very satisfying. But if I looked up a guide for the roguelike that said, "here's the community consensus best meta options", I'd hate it.

Optimization as a game mechanic generally turns me off. For me, optimization is something I turn to when I'm *not* having fun. It's an, "OK, let's just get this shit over with," response.

For me, the fun part of games (and art, and life) is vibing and trying stuff and existing in the moment.

This was a nightmare to get working but I did it, so I'm streaming Four Swords Anniversary Edition right now! Wow!
