He began his journey DJing live in 2019 when he performed at @skeletonlipstick.bsky.social’s official Terminally Chill afterparty for ElectroniCON in Los Angeles, and has since performed at every major vaporwave-based event, including Flamingo Fest, Vaporspace StL, i2k, and Midwesthetic.

@yungshiro.bsky.social is reprising his role as the main host of “Hot Takes” going into season five! Isaac has been involved in the independent net-based electronic music scene since 2011, beginning his journey curating, reviewing, and promoting music with his site 天安门 Tiananmen Square Dance.

She is most recognized for her love of the MiniDisc format and her collaboration with the MiniDisc Wiki. With a vast collection of discs and players, Shortstuf curates playlists on personalized MiniDiscs to give out at shows.

An avid collector of vaporwave decor, most notably the fabled vaporwave couch, Tiffany has been a “Hot Takes” mod since 2023 and has been involved in VaporVA’s i2K Electronic Music Festival as lead decorator.

An iconic member of the vaporwave scene, our new co-host Shortstuf888 is based in Pittsburgh and has been following the vaporwave scene since 2016. Everyone help us welcome her to the co-host roster!

With the new changes to the "Hot Takes" talk show, he is determined to bring a new flavor to the show with his unique and laid back personality, and he can’t wait to see what he brings to the table.
