I'm not talking about where it is happening, I'm talking about decisions being made by the people in charge of football in England and how a blanket approach is not the correct one.

I think there needs to be more nuance around this. I can see the point in the professional game where the physical differences between someone born physically male and female can make a huge impact, but the local level grass roots game should be treated entirely differently.

A fantastic scheme. Luckily never been in the position to need it. But glad I've learnt how just in case.
