For AI, I use YouTube tutorials and try to recreate what was done.

I really don’t like how that video rendered at all.

For after effects, I’m currently in a school for it, really wondering why I’m putting myself through AE again and strongly thinking of ditching and just learning Maya or cinema4D but I know that’s just my fear talking but ngl AE is hard as hell, anyways this is basic masking.

Normalize inconsistency in your art. Normalize not making every art piece super detailed and intricate. Normalize just creating art for the sake of it.
