🫂 it sucks so bad!

I swear, Sundays are my absolute WORST ADHD days. Any other day I'm a functioning human. Sundays, I wake up and go, "I'm gonna write today!" And then all of a sudden half the day is over and I have zero motivation to do anything productive besides laundry 😭

Ooh yes! I love all of this!!! 💜 And I didn't see that thread but now I have to go read it, because YES! I love the idea of both ships being so tied to the power dynamic because that is Alastor's life blood for sure!

Ooh yes! I don't personally ship Alastor out of respect for his Ace status and also just...I have a hard time believing he would find the act of seduction or anything more romantic worth his time, quite frankly. And I think that goes along with Sam's thoughts here really well.

I love how Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss explore the different ways in which it's series protagonists crosses boundaries with the people important, and near and dear to them.

What's extremely fascinating is the fact that they cross boundaries in which the other would dare not even cross.

Fun fact: “I’ll fuckin’ spank you” was an improv from Keith 😂 I kept it because it killed me, but also because it felt like a natural grasp for a non threatening-threat. It’s an old school go-to scold. So I felt it worked in character!

So does it suck that she isn't considering the oppressed classes of Hell? Yeah. But it's understandable why she's focusing so hard on sinners based on what we now know of the timeline of events. And I do think she would be horrified by the classism in Hell. But I also think she hasn't noticed. 5/5

I always wondered, "Why is Charlie doing this now? What took her so long to come up with the hotel?" And now we know it was all timing. She latched onto the idea of helping sinners when her own life was falling apart. In reality she came up with a plan pretty quickly! 4/5

Charlie's a fixer. It's her nature. But both her parents stopped returning her calls and fell of the map, so fixing them wasn't an option. And yes, she could have focused on Imps and Hellhounds, but it was the exterminations that started at the peak of her grief. 3/5

Charlie is the Princess of Hell. As we've seen from Stolas and Octavia, Hell's Royalty exist in a very insular bubble. Then, 7 years ago, two things happened at once. Lilith disappeared (which also turned Luci into a depressed recluse), and the exterminations started. 2/5

I've seen a lot of Charlie vs Blitz comparisons posts, basically saying that if the exterminations were only happening for 7 years, why is she focused on sinners when hellborn have been oppressed for thousands of years? And while I agree that was a shocking number, it makes sense 1/5

My greatest dream is to someday be bi-lingual. My parents both are and I grew up with it as a constant all my life. It’s always the greatest joy to get to bring other languages and bi-lingual skill to my characters! I adored getting to do so with Niffty and Kimiko did such an amazing job!! ❤️
