If Trump wakes people up to the fact that authoritarian regimes only work for the connected few and represses the average citizen, then maybe we can reclaim our democracy and show some commitment and pride in our country and ourselves. Or, the great American experiment has failed on our watch.

Quite possibly the dumbest world leader in the history. I doubt he could be any dumber even if he actually put effort into it.

Should we behave responsibly when our leaders are corrupt, unaccountable, and abusive? We only play into their hands when we cooperate or just “let it slide” and eventually reward their atrociousness.

This applies to secular & religious leaders alike. Their bottom line is greed and we all know it.

Sugar in the mornin’, sugar in the evenin’, sugar at supper time.

The inmates are running the asylum right now. They have no idea how crazy they are, which makes them even more dangerous. Trying to profit off the madness just adds to the chaos. This is quickly becoming a humanitarian crisis. It’s affecting the entire planet with no real short term resolution.

Trump’s motivation is mostly personal. He’s interested in his own success, not anyone else. That is his authoritarian impulse at work. He fails if his plans are held up to scrutiny and are revealed to be fatally flawed. His arrogance won’t allow him to admit failure, so he often doubles down. Weak.

The S&P 500’s performance since Inauguration Day is now the worst for any president up to this point in data going back to 1928.

America is desperately ill and needs to defecate and flush an infected Orange Turd down the toilet to feel better. Then never swallow anything whole like this ever again.

Consider this a Public Safety recall.

The GOP safeguarding our democracy is like a watchdog guarding the house pointing out to the burglars where all the valuables are kept.

It is the Tao.

If you let people push you around, eventually they will push you down. Set your boundaries as to how far you will go and stick to them.

You owe it to yourself.

He’s getting bolder and more brazen everyday at flouting the Constitution & the rule of law. The first order of business is defiance. Do not willingly comply. Reject inhumanity & cruelty every time. Voice your opinion any way or any time you can. Donate, promote, & emphasize all resisting voices.

Trump could tear up the constitution on Fifth Avenue, wreck the economy, and destroy our credibility worldwide and MAGA would still throw him a parade for his birthday.

They love trump more than America.

But it’s not a cult.

Him talk that much more funny.
Him think that much more funnier.

Don’t let them break your spirit. That’s what they want. It makes us easier to manipulate if we’ve lost hope and are willing to just give up without a fight.

Together we have the strength to pull ourselves through this ordeal. Together we are an overwhelming force of nature.

Let’s do some good.

Being afraid to fail and to succeed. It’s a no win situation.

America has gone from good will to bad faith, all in less than 3 months. Our historic alliances, pacts, & friendships pulverized by a constant barrage of insults, threats, reckless speech, & inane policies.

The world will get along without the US better than the US will get along without the world.
