Is the federal appeal going to be 'it can't be selective prosecution because we've unsuccessfully tried locking up anarchists with this same law for years'?

They re-arrested Rundo this weekend because the 9th circuit granted the prosecution's motion to keep him locked up while they appeal the chud judge's motion to dismiss. They're def trying to make it work. Not quite sure if this answers your question.

The idea that the state is selective prosecuting Nazis rather than the radical left/antifa is an absurdity. Feds have been trying to get anarchists for years on "interstate rioting" and have not been successful. They're trying to make it work w/ Rob Rundo for precedent.

Per a journo on Twitter, it looks like the unwitting venue canceled on FUJI. Some of these scum used their real names to register and some did not. FUJI booted one registrant, Vasilis Pistolis, a former Marine who went to Unite the Right in Cville to "crack skulls."

As soon as they saw us, they attacked because it was 6 of them, and 4 of us. One of them took out a knife, and we obviously defended ourselves. They lost the scuffle and were laid out on the floor when the police came, so we left. The next day, the police came to our homes and took us into custody. They’re pressing charges against us, and thus we had to hire legal representation which is difficult for us to pay due to the harsh economic situation in Colombia. However, if we’re not properly represented for these charges, we could face 3-5 years in prison. The first payment for our attorney for the four of us is due on February 1st for 10 million Colombian pesos which is approximately $2,500 US. Any international solidarity will be appreciated, and never forgotten. Oi! Oi! Oi!
