Back down to 285.

Swing back up to 298 the Sunday before today and back down to 294 today. It’s a fight for sure. The big trouble was a big hit of money allowed me to buy too much food so I blew up after three cheat days! No more cheat days lmao.

Last Sunday my weekly weigh in was 289. Lost eight pounds this month.

Second set of 10k in three days.

Managed 10,000 steps today hiking outdoors. Normally I’d just say walking but god damn PA got some hills.

May was an ok month. Spent more than was sensible but it was my birthday. Weights staying off. 295. I still can’t believe I’m under 300 pounds. Was such an unattainable dream for so long. T.T

I’m quite happy here in PA. I hit a major milestone a day or so ago. I got my weight under 300 pounds. I’ve not been this lean in 15 years and I’ve certainly never before been this muscular. Loose ends got wrapped up from the move. I’m fortunate. Thusly begins May, springtime and fresh starts.

I am merely living according to an adapted sense of sociology seen through the lens of our evolutionary history. We were meant to live in clusters with others who we cooperated with. I’ve found happiness being a household caretaker. Life is better here. Lived horribly isolated before.

I live a simple life of service to the lady of the house. I do chores work out and attend to her and her husband. I’ll start work outside the house doing but I have been enjoying this first month here. It’s idyllic. I wish lives of service were more respected. But I’m thankful for my position here.

Since my last post I relocated to PA to live with my best friend. I’m very happy, though I still have dental problems, I’ll be seeking a job next month and starting to get dental work done.

On the day I got my molar extracted, I caught bronchitis. Bad luck. Lmao. Trying to get over it now.

Got a molar extracted today as it was causing me considerable pain. That was a hell of a procedure.

Holidays went well. Now I’m tired. 65 days until March. Month of my move out of Florida. Be well all. Reading the infinite and the divine by Robert Rath.

Going to help my mother with Christmas prep. Ill be grateful for the time with her and my dad today.

Humbly I offer, Take it easy and slow kindred. let yourself feel what you need to, but understand that it will not stay with you. Focus on practicals. Eat, Drink, make sure you hydrate, and get to bed at decent hour.

Progresso soups with a bit of pepper powder, are amazing. Ive had the vegetable and lentil, ive had the sausage chicken gumbo, and the southwestern black bean soup. All delicious. All pretty damn affordable.
