Why am I just now remembering that some pipes busted & they had to shut off water for the whole complex during last years freeze. 🤦🏽‍♀️

He had a rental property in my neighborhood he was renovating, so he hit me up & asked if he could swing by to discuss something with me.

I agreed, but immediately decided this meetup would take place outside in my patio area.

I used to smh sometimes bc he was yin to my yang and we got along so well, that I knew if he was single, we’d have been a thing.

He felt the same way obviously, bc he soon let me know he wasn’t about to let his marriage stop him from pursuing me.

When I worked in corporate advertising, I had a great rapport with my clients. One was this handsome married black man, very intelligent, successful, had some properties, owned a consulting biz & also worked for an HBCU. He seemed to have it all.
