He really is. I met him on a walk one morning. He flopped down in front of me, exposed his belly and begged for pets. He followed me most of the way home and jotted off to a porch.

Later the neighbors dog ran him up a tree. I went out and I called to him. He came like he knew me. He's my friend

It's his favorite position. Barry lives life without fear, and sees no problem with you petting his tummy!

A sweet Jolene gets very comfortable.

She reminds me of a cat I rescued from a no kill trap on our garden. She ended up being a barn cat, but never let me forget what I did for her. She was a lover.

We have what we call the "Disney Princess Cam" setup looking at one of the porches, and tonight it has struck gold.

That is a dog bed we bought from petsmart.

Vet guesses he's 7 months old in the pic.

He gained a pound a month Every month after.

He was absolute hell on wheels for his sisters. He and Rose are tight, but not grooming now.

He and I are inseparable.

A little over 2 years ago Barry joined our family. This is the first pic of him I am ok sharing. He was dirty, scared, and emaciated. I remember this moment, looking down to my right and he was passed out. He was beautify, safe, and well on his way to not being emaciated.

Barry cat tries to get to a trash can. I've put white boxes over my code for privacy. The trash can is wedged between my monitor and the wall.

I'm locked in, killing bugs and fixing issues, but Barry has other ideas. He's very interested in my 3d printing detritus trash can, so I've tried to put it out of temptations reach till I can properly deal with it. He's a terror sometimes.

Don't jinx me, I just found a bunch of the purr pops on Amazon and placed an order.

Oh I didn't think they would, I'll have to pay them a visit then. Plus I'll feel better about trying something new for these guys.

He's such a cat, too. I had been getting him the Bonkers purr pops (freeze dried fish) but they stopped selling them at target. The pet store only has the Orijen ones. He will not touch them. Now I've got an open bag of them and what am I supposed to do with it?

Barry, even though he's full, wonders when his next meal will come.

It's been roughly 10 outside all day, my best efforts (i shut the windows, it was minimal efforts) to keep my office warm have failed so it's heated blanket time.

Barry is a pretty big fan.

I often say Barry is "I can't believe its not orange." I adore my boy, but he's built different.
