The pouch system isn't entirely obvious and the prices are quite committing. It's a shame they don't have samples for all of the teas. Do you have a temperature-controlled kettle?

Fairly wide: shade-grown Japanese green teas, like gyokuro and karigane; Taiwanese black tea, although it's hard to get a good one; and roasted oolongs. Also high-mountain oolongs, but haven't had those for a while. Comins and Postcard Teas are good for buying, if you haven't discovered them yet....

I've never been convinced it's a good infusion method. Too little room for error with both time and the tea:water ratio. What were you brewing?
