We can’t rely on our political leaders in D.C. anymore - using food assistance as political bargaining chips is shameful.

These SNAP cuts hurt children, seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities the most. If you’re able, please donate food to your local food bank.

Working Americans shouldn’t have to wonder how they’re going to put food on the table.

Whether you need help or can lend a hand, here are some local food banks stepping up for our NorCal neighbors.

Today, two judges blocked Trump’s plan to suspend food aid for 40 million Americans—including thousands in CA-4.

While a vital reprieve, I urge anyone who can to join me in donating to a local food bank this weekend. We must step up to help each other while D.C. plays games.

Families could lose food assistance before the holidays right here in our district.

Using food as a bargaining chip is shameful. Trump and Mike Johnson: reopen the government. Put families first.

People are afraid of retribution from the Trump Administration. That’s why we need to keep this message alive - this community is the backbone of our country.

In just 3 weeks, we raised $1.5 million dollars - more than 2.5 times the amount raised by the incumbent.

We did it all with people dollars. No corporations. No one supporter made up more than 0.5% of the total.

Let's clear the air

Unlike 427 members of Congress, I’ll never take a dollar from a corporate PAC.

I also will never take a dime from a lobbyist, and I’ll never trade a stock in Congress.

Really, again?

Whether we’re Democrats or Republicans, we actually agree. We want the same things.

We want a government that helps us, not large corporations.

Despite how dark the world seems, young Americans still believe in their own futures, and that they can create a better life for themselves.

People deserve leadership that supports that.

Trump is attacking the American Dream. But even without Trump, things aren’t getting better.

Our elected officials are out of touch, and even worse - bought out. We need new leadership that understands our struggles and can fight for us.

My family relied on food stamps, Medicaid, and disability checks — the same programs Trump is attacking — just to get by.

My father was a disabled veteran; my mother a nurse. I know that our critical social programs, communities, and opportunity itself need defending.

They’re weaponizing the DOJ to attack political opponents - just after attempting to silence the media.

This is not the America I know, and these are not American values.

The People don’t want this - and we will speak out, even if our leaders are quiet.

Let’s stand up.
