Not my heaviest set ever, but getting back into it, it's still challenging.

Used to hate my body...
I still kind of do, but I'm working on it. Not my body, but my confidence. Today, while working out, I thought to myself "I'm proud of me for showing up!"
It's little sentences like these that will make a difference in the long run.
