i really enjoyed the series (evidenced by my finishing one book per day) but i got sort of distracted by el's anachronisms............. she doesnt seem the type to have gone on a roller coaster, for example, so i her comparison to it threw me, along w other stuff

very unscientific opinion of a person who has now read three (3) dark academia book series: the single male protag ive read is one of the most boring protags ive read in fiction, whilst both females are some of my most favorite characters ive read in a while
