Agreed. My answer is I don’t think enough money can be raised by the grass roots (people like me) beyond winning a local election or two. An army of volunteers is just as if not more difficult. The new “party” would need a wealthy benefactor(s) and yet not be controlled by said benefactors.

I would have to hear more to donate. Personally I think money is THE problem with our politics and I don’t want to contribute to the problem. However, I see no other way to solve the problem in our country today. I do believe that you and I want very similar things for our country.
